Excellent service before and after the sale
Shawn took extra time and care when presenting the boat with all the features. Then before delivery the boat was gone over with the techs on the water to make sure everything was perfect. And on delivery Shawn took me on the water and showed me all the features and operating instructions to make sure I knew how to operate the boat. Amazing place with an incredible staff. Parts department is absolutely fantastic. Showroom is clean and we’ll laid out with many boats to choose from. Shawn B is incredible guy and is willing to work with you. Shawn deserves a raise. Overall 10/10, nothing comes close to M-W and their costumer service.
They're clearly geared towards selling and maintaining just the brands they're affiliated with. Not really a great place to find generic boat parts or accessories. I've been there three times for very basic parts (like fuel lines, fuel line fittings, battery cables, etc) and walked out of there empty handed two of those times.
Worked with Shawn on the purchase of our family's second boat. The customer service provided was fantastic, he is extremely knowledgeable and left me feeling like he truly cared about our experience with the boat. He went above and beyond to help ensure we had a safe trip bringing the boat up north. The whole purchase process was smooth and low pressure. I really appreciated that.
They said they'd call in 2 weeks and they were right on time! So far so good, and I'm hoping our 1996 75 Mercury force will get the TLC it needs. I'm expecting a new started and flywheel as well lol. Customer service was great for me. Informative and timely. I spoke with the woman with long brown hair, she was nice. I've never had an issue with them and this is also where we purchased our boat as well!
My husband and I bought our first boat from MW Marine and the entire process was excellent!! Everyone was very helpful and our salesman Shawn listened to what we asked for and provided us recommendations. We bought the boat that was perfect for our family of four (plus two dogs). Tammi in finance was also very helpful with securing great financing for us!! No complaints here as we were treated very well from the time we walked through the door to the time we hooked the boat up to our truck and drove it away. Thanks MW Marine!!
I bought a Ranger boat from Chris at MW Marine recently. I originally saw the boat in early November and Chris was extremely helpful. I explained that I wouldn't be able to close on the purchase until after my home closing. He said that it wasn't a problem. I gave a deposit and they were able to hold for me for a month and a half. Chris gave me a great deal and I still don't see anything out there that is close to the price that I paid for this boat. He kept his word on everything that was promised and they are still storing the boat for me until spring at no charge. I am so happy with their service and will refer anybody that I know to go to Chris and MW Marine. I truly have nothing but great things to say. Thank you Chris for a wonderful experience.
